How to use / How to start
** Just press the on / off button to activate the thermometer.
** Within 1 second the thermometer is ready to work.
Easy to use, Easy to read
Just insert the stainless steel probe into the measuring object, the measuring temperature will be shown on the LCD display.
Min - Max Memories
** Press the Min - Max memory button to read the last highest / maximum temperature measured.
** Press once more for the lowest / minimum temperature measured.
Battery
This thermometer use LR-44 button cell battery
How to erase the Min / Max temperature readings ?
** Press the Min / Max memory button to see the maximum temperature reading, then press the CLEAR button("...." will appear).
** Press the Min / Max memory button again to see the minimum temperature reading, then press the CLEAR button ("...." will appear).
How to select celsius or fahrenheit reading ?
Simply press the button to select the desired temperature version.
How to reset the unit ?
Press the reset button to reset the unit.
CAUTION
1. Always keep the LCD and electronic module away from extreme / direct heat or cool. Always leave 1 inch(2.5 cm.) distant between the electronic module and the measuring object along the probe.
2. Do not use a scouring pad or other abrasive substance to clean the stainless steel probe.
